"Desolation" is a single-player third-person survival horror game that unfolds in the town of Mistwood, during the year of 2004. On the first chapter, you step into the shoes of Alex, who returns to the town after an extended absence, drawn by concern for his old friend, Valerie. As soon as he arrives, it slowly became evident that the town had turn for the worse.
The once-familiar streets now hold secrets Alex must unravel, as the boundary between reality and nightmare blurs, and the true horror of Mistwood begins to reveal itself.

Hello, I played this game and I really enjoyed it so far, one thing I'd like to suggest is that: it would be neat if there was a prompt for everything which can be interacted in the game because sometime I missed some comments the protaganist made on certain things, aside that it was fun! looking forward to the full game, great job!

Chapter 1 was really good! Will definitely play Chapter 2 once that comes out. Default brightness is a bit low though, at least for me so I had to turn it up. But apart from that have not experienced any bugs apart from the mouse cursor escaping the game when in Windowed mode. Had to hold either left or right click to move the camera. Made a video on it.

no setup but rar with file.
You need to extract the contents first using Winrar or any other tool and inside is a folder containing the setup file. Let me know if you need further help.
yes open rar .don't want setup but want to put game file ..no need to install. hope you understood
Were you able to find the set up? It should be something like this:
suspected scam, antivirus blocks your setup . you understand you have to put all game files
I can assure you that it is not a scam and there's a user just below your comment who were able to download and play the game properly. I created the setup file using an application called Inno set up compiler. If you can provide me some more details and screenshots I'll be glad to help you out.
