Phew! that took a while...


But I have now implemented a save and load system via 4 available slots. With one extra slot being used for autosave (when loading). For those of you who have previously played the game, your save file should be read as autosave. I've tested it both in the editor and in the actual build and so far, that is what seems to work. Of course, I'm going to do more further testing on this regard and will give a proper instruction on how to proceed properly.

Now with the storage box, proper save system and the common enemy's system out of the way, I'm onto the more exciting part, the chapter 2! (I know in a previous dev log I said it's chapter 1-2 but screw it lol, it's chapter 2 now.). The layout of the chapter 2 environment is built, but more work needs to be done. I'm getting excited actually!
